Empowering leaders with purpose and compassion
Why I lead and coach with purpose
I started this journey because I’ve seen firsthand how lonely leadership can be. In my previous role, I watched leaders struggle under immense pressure, often without the support they needed. I was fortunate to work with an executive coach during some of my toughest times, and it made all the difference.
Coaching provided me with a safe space to be vulnerable and authentic, to be fully seen without judgment, and to show up as the best version of myself. It helped me gain a deeper understanding of my values, patterns, and areas for growth as a leader.
Now, I’m passionate about offering that same support to others, especially to leaders in public service, nonprofit and healthcare settings. What I love about coaching is its unique balance—it acknowledges the real emotional challenges of leadership while empowering you to identify and take the best next steps forward.
From community advocate to leader
My career has been a continuous journey of growth, starting out as a grassroots advocate within my own communities. Over time, I moved into organizational roles, where I delivered direct services to clients, designed training and social service programs, and eventually moved into leadership roles.
Having experienced every step of this progression, I bring a unique, comprehensive perspective to my work. I understand how to engage with individuals and groups effectively and how to drive meaningful change both at the community and institutional levels.
What sets my services apart is my extensive experience as a change maker. I held the highest government role focused on transgender inclusion at the City and County of San Francisco, where I advised the local government on trans-inclusive policies and programs. In this role, I played a key part in shaping bold government programs and educating elected officials, ensuring that trans inclusion was woven into the fabric of the city’s work.
My approach combines my deep commitment to advocacy and social justice with my expertise in government operations and public health. Whether I’m developing new programs, coaching leaders, or conducting training sessions, I bring together these diverse experiences to create impactful solutions. I bridge the worlds of advocacy and public health, offering a holistic approach that truly makes a difference.
